How we handle information on the SmartTrack marketing website.
Enquiries and product conversations
When you submit a demo request, we save your contact details and school requirements so our team can respond. The product assistant answers from our product guide. Chat questions are processed to answer you; the conversation is saved with your contact details only when you choose to submit an enquiry and agree to that use. Please do not enter student details or sensitive personal information.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics through Privacy preferences, configured Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services may measure visits, interactions and session behavior. We mask the chat interface and form fields for Clarity and do not send enquiry values as analytics events. You can withdraw consent through Privacy preferences. Global Privacy Control is respected. Administrator pages do not load these analytics tags.
Weather and essential storage
Local weather uses an approximate network location or a device location you choose to share. Coordinates are rounded before requesting a forecast from MET Norway. GeoJS may provide approximate location when the hosting network cannot. Session storage temporarily caches weather. Essential cookies protect enquiry submissions and administrator sign-in. We store a hashed account password, session records and short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers.
Access and connected services
Authorized staff can access enquiries according to their account role. An administrator may configure a CRM endpoint to receive enquiries or an email provider to deliver password reset messages. Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and manage the resulting business relationship. This website is separate from school deployments that handle transport or student records.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact sales@akiraplc.com to ask about your website enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough information for the team to identify the relevant record without sending sensitive student information.
